Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Version 1.4 · Courtesy translation — the Arabic text prevails
This policy applies to subscriptions to the Daqiq AI platform provided by Digital Optimization Company (DOAI), and forms part of the Terms of Use.
1. The free trial is the evaluation period
The Service offers a 14-day free trial with full features and no card required, so you can assess its fit for your organisation before paying. We recommend using it on real invoices before subscribing.
2. No refunds after payment
All amounts paid for monthly or annual subscriptions and additional services are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including where the Service is not used during the paid period or the subscription is cancelled before it ends.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel the subscription at any time from Settings or by writing to us. Cancellation only stops the next renewal; the Service remains fully available until the end of the paid period, after which the account switches to read-only in accordance with the Terms of Use.
4. Exceptions
We refund or compensate only in the following cases:
- A duplicate charge or a billing error (for example an amount different from the published price): the difference or the duplicate amount is refunded in full within 14 days of verification.
- A major outage attributable to us lasting more than 72 consecutive hours within one month: the Customer is compensated with a credit of days equal to the outage, added to the subscription.
Any other request is reviewed in good faith, without an obligation to refund.
5. How to request
Exception requests are sent to support@daqiqai.com from the organisation owner's email within 30 days of the charge or outage, with the transaction reference. An approved refund is made by the original payment method (or by bank transfer for payments made by transfer) within 14 working days of approval.
6. VAT
Any approved refund includes the VAT collected on it, if any, and credit notes are issued as required by law.
