- What does the two-week trial include?
- Everything, up to 50 invoices and 3 accounts seats, no card. When it ends your data and files stay; new files are read as soon as a plan is chosen.
- What happens when the monthly quota is used up?
- No invoice is lost: new files are kept and read automatically after an upgrade or when the next month starts. The account owner is warned before that.
- Do department users count as seats?
- No. Employees who upload and follow their own invoices from their phones are unlimited on every plan; seats are for the accounts and management team.
- How is yearly billing calculated?
- Yearly billing is a fixed price for a full year (12 months), equal to ten months of the monthly subscription, paid once at the start of the year.
- How do I pay?
- From inside Daqiq AI: request the plan, an invoice in your company's name is issued, and you pay it by mada, Visa/Mastercard or Apple Pay for immediate activation, or by bank transfer for activation within one business day of the amount arriving. One price for every payment method. Auto-renewal is optional and only with your consent at payment: a card saved securely with the payment provider, a reminder three days before renewal, and it can be switched off at any time. No setup fee, and no refunds after payment under the refund policy.
- Does Daqiq AI connect to my accounting system?
- You do not need to change your system. From day one you export approved invoices to your system as Excel. Direct integration with the common systems (Qoyod, Wafeq, Daftra, Zoho, Odoo) is part of your subscription at no extra charge on every plan, switched on when you ask — tell us your system and we agree a date with you. Large or custom systems (SAP, Oracle…) come under the Enterprise plan with a custom quote.
- Where is my data kept?
- Encrypted in transit and at rest on infrastructure run by the Digital Optimization Company for Information Technology with contracted providers; reached only by the members of your organisation, each according to their role, and never used to train any model. You can export everything at any time.
